Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime is the latest tablet going to be launched by Asus. It will not work with any GSM network world wide. It has no gsm voice communication, SMS or MMS.

It has just been announced in October 2011 and will be releasing in the month of December 2011. It has 8.3 mm thickness with 586 grams of weight. It has 10.1 inches Super IPS+ LCD capacitive touchscreen with 1280 x 800 pixels of resolution. The display features gorilla glass display, multi-touch, auto-rotate, Scratch resistant display ASUS Waveshare UI and Gyro sensor.

This phone has 3.5mm jack with SRS sound enhancement. It has also stereo speakers for better music listening experience. This phone comes in two forms one with 32GB and other with 64GB internal storage and 1GB RAM included. There is 32GB expandable memory in the phone.

It has 8 mega pixels camera with 3264×2448 pixels of resolutions with autofocus, LED flash and geo-tagging features. It has 1.2 Mega pixels secondary camera too.

It is proudly powered by Android OS, v3.2 (Honeycomb), It can be upgraded to the V4.0 version. It runs on Quad-core 1 GHz processor with Tegra 3 chipset.

There are More features in the phone such as digital compass, micro HDMI port, audio/video player, Adobe Flash support, Organizer and Predictive text input. The battery gives 12 hours back up in talk time mode.
